About The Class
Our Adults and Kids Kickboxing classes are held on Saturday from 12pm – 3:30pm.
- Juniors 12-1pm
- Juniors 1-2pm
- Adults 2-3.30pm
Location: Wraysbury Hub Church Hall, 12A High Street, Wraysbury, Staines Upon Thames, Staines, TW19 5DB.
We have had a lot students of all ages who wish to participate in our friendly and safe classes which is why we have introduced 3 back-to-back classes.
Our classes are held and run in a safe, secure and healthy environment with qualified instructors who follow strict Government guidelines. We ensure that all staff members and students are kept safe, and that all social distancing and hygiene rules are met at all times.
However, due to the health and safety guidelines, we are only able to accept 12 students per class on a first come, first serve basis.
It’s a fun, energetic and great way to get back into fitness and meet friends or even make new ones while you learn Kickboxing by world-renown Martial Artist, Senei Dave Gentry, BCA . It also helps with getting out of the house and back into physical activity to strengthen the mind and body.
